CHATEAU BOURGOGNE, LIMITED

Chateau Bourgogne Limited (CB Ltd) is the parent company of Chateau Bourgogne Agricultural Exchange Jamaica (CBAXJ) and Chateau Bourgogne Farms (Jamaica Goats). CB Ltd is incorporated in Jamaica and registered with the Companies Office of Jamaica. The registered offices are located on lands, part of Mount Tirza, in the hills of Western St Andrew, Jamaica.
The Corporation has as its subsidiaries the Agricultural Exchange and the Goat farm. Additionally, CB Ltd provides network design, implementation, defence and security through its subsidiary Chateau Bourgogne Compusulting (CBC). Electrical and construction in wood or concrete including tiling and plan design and printing. Penetration testing and cyber security are emergent branches of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) suite of services now offered.
Automation of industrial processes is offered by our affiliate Control Techniques Limited.

CHATEAU BOURGOGNE AGRICULTURAL EXCHANGE JAMAICA
​Using the latest in online shopping technology, CBAXJ allows a three way seamless facilitation of commerce. The consumer can shop at any market, from any vendor for anything that is sold within that market by participating vendors in that market. The basket of provisions can then be delivered to, or picked up by, the consumer. Commercial buyers are able to do spot purchases at Farm Gate Prices (FGP) or future purchases based on projected production. Farmers can sell in like manner either from the farm gate or through future purchases based on projected demand for their crops. Suppliers of farm supplies and financial services can also provide their services to farmers through the Exchange.

CHATEAU BOURGOGNE FARMS

The farm specialises in third order cross breeding of goats and rears them in modern intensive farming settings. The primary breeds are the Nubian, Anglo Nubian, Boer and the native Jamaican Kiko Goat. It is intended to develop goats which yield high volumes of milk and meat.
Goats are sold by both the live and dead weight.

WPS COMPUSULTING
This is the Construction and ICT arm of the company. It is led by a Master Builder and Computer Scientist. The subsidiary specialises in the provision of construction services, including new constructions or renovations, structural appraisals and aesthetics including tiling, lighting and other electrical functions and IT Support, Network Defence and Penetration Testing as well as consulting on all services provided.
